Welcome to The Road to Rishikesh.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of The Road to Rishikesh mobile application (“App”), developed and provided by The Road to Rishikesh (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App immediately.

 

2. Use of the App

The Road to Rishikesh is a casual, entertainment-based experience in which users select an animal, a color, and a number to receive a personalized reflective message.

The App is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use.

You agree not to:

– Use the App for any unlawful purpose;

– Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, copy, scrape, or interfere with the App or its content;

– Use the App in any manner that disrupts or degrades the experience of other users.

 

 

3. Intellectual Property

All content within The Road to Rishikesh — including but not limited to text, graphics, artwork, audio, code, app architecture, designs, layout, features, and branding — is the exclusive property of The Road to Rishikesh or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

No ownership rights are transferred to you through use of the App.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any portion of the App without our prior written consent.

 

4. Disclaimer

The Road to Rishikesh is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis for entertainment and personal reflection only.

The messages and outcomes generated by the App are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice and should not be relied upon as such.

We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Road to Rishikesh and its owners, developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the App.

Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Tucson, Arizona.
